Rainbow Frame

Open a new image

Set your foreground colour box to #FF9198

Flood fill your new canvas. Use your selection tool to select a thin frame.

Go to Selections > Invert

Add an inner bevel using the following settings.

Go to Selections > Invert then go to Edit > Cut
This will remove the colour from the middle of your canvas.

Open a new canvas.

Choose a gradient in your foreground colour box and flood fill your canvas. This will make your animated tile. Go to Edit > Copy

Open Animation Shop and go to Edit > Paste as new animation. Go to Effects > Insert image effect and use the above settings. Click ok then go to Edit > Select All then Edit > Copy.

Go back to PSP and go to Edit > Paste as new image.
Go to your layer palette. It will look like the screenshot below.
With the top layer select, go to Edit > Copy then Edit > Paste as new image

Click on the second layer and go to Edit > Copy, then Edit > Paste as a new image.
Repeat this until you've copied and pasted every layer.

You should now have each layer as a separate image as below

Click back on your canvas with the frame. Use your magic wand and click in the middle of your frame to select it. Go to your layer palette.
Right click on Raster 1 and duplicate. Repeat until you have a total of 10 layers.

Go to your foreground colour box and select gradient. Choose the first image that you copied and pasted from the animated tile.

Angle set to 0 and scale set to 100

Turn off the copies of raster 1 and click on raster 1 to select it.

Flood fill Raster 1

Go to your layer palette. Un-tick the first copy of raster 1& Click  to select it.

Go to your foreground colour box and click in the middle so the material palette opens. Select the next tile.

Angle and scale set as before. Flood fill the middle of your frame. Repeat the previous steps until you've flood filled each layer with a different tile...make sure you use the tiles in order.

Open a new image

Go to Image > Add border and use the above settings. Don't worry about the colour in the colour box, we're going to flood fill the border with the pink we used earlier.

Use your magic wand to select the border and flood fill it with the pink we used on the first frame.

Add the same inner bevel. Go to Selections > Select None then use your magic wand to select the middle of the canvas. Flood fill with a colour of your choice. I used white.

Now add your text and tube/s.
Go to Edit > Copy

Click back on your first canvas and go to Edit > Paste as new layer.

Go to your layer palette and duplicate raster 2 so you have 10 layers of raster 2.

Arrange the layers as follows:

Turn off all layers except Raster 1 & Raster 2. Right click on Raster 1 and go to Merge > Merge Visible

Turn off the newly merged layer and turn on the next 2 layers. Merge visible.

Turn off the newly merged layer and turn on the next 2 layers. Merge visible.
Repeat this until you've merged all copies of layer 1 with the copies of  layer 2.

Your layer palette should now look like the below.

Save as a PSP file.

Open your image in animation shop. If you like, you can resize it by going to Animation > Resize. Save as a .gif and you're done!
