Open the gold glitter in Animation Shop. Press Ctrl and a then Ctrl and c to select all the frames and copy them to your clipboard.

Open PSP and go to Edit > Paste > Paste AS Animation as Multiple Images (Note: this option isn't available in PSP 10. To copy the frames from Animation Shop to PSP 10, you'd have to click on the first frame, copy and paste it into PSP then click on the second frame, copy and paste and do the same for the third frame)

The frames will open as individual images in PSP.
