Glitter

This is what we'll be making:

For this tutorial you will need:

PSP 7 This has been tested in all versions of PSP and works fine :o)
Supplies Glitters and tubes. The supplies are all in a folder. Unzip to a folder of your choice. Open the glitters in Animation Shop. Choose your tube and open it in PSP.
Font St Ember - Unzip to a folder of your choice. Open the file and minimise so it's on your taskbar
