PSP 7	This should be able to be done in other versions.
Supplies	Gingy Tube - Unzip to a folder of your choice. Open the tube in PSP. Go to File > Export > Picture tube. Give the tube a name and click ok. Gradient - HERE Unzip to your PSP 7 Gradients folder. The usual file path is C > Program Files > Jasc > PSP 7 > Gradients I'm not sure where I got this gradient from. If it's yours, please email me and I'll add your credits.
Font	Santa's Sleigh - Unzip to a folder of your choice. Open the file and minimise so it's on your taskbar
