Open a new canvas

Set your foreground colour to Metallic Gradient

Set your background colour to #c00000

Click on your text tool and use the settings in the screenshot.

Click on your canvas. Type your text in the text entry box then click ok. Use the nodes (little squares on the lines of the vector box) to make the text bigger if you wish. Go to the layer palette, right click on the vector layer and click on Promote to raster layer.

Go to Effects > 3D Effects > Inner Bevel and use the settings in the screenshot.

Click on your magic wand (make sure, on your magic wand settings, Mode is set to Add (Shift) and tolerance is set to around 10-15.) Click inside the plain area of the letters.

Go to Selections > Modify > Expand

Expand the selections by 2 pixels. Click OK.

Right click on the text layer and click on duplicate. Do this again so you have 3 text layers. Turn off the top 2 layers and click on the first text layer to select it.

Go to Animation Shop. Click on the first frame of the glitter....

and click on the copy icon

Go back to PSP and click on the Paste As New Canvas icon

Click on your foreground colour box. Select pattern and find the glitter tile.

Flood fill the letters with the glitter.

Add the same inner bevel. Keep the letters selected.

Close the glitter tile. Click no when it asks if you want to save it. Turn off the visibility of the first text layer then turn on the visibility of the first Copy of raster 2 and click on it to select it.

Go back to Animation Shop and click on frame 2 on the glitter. Click on the copy icon then go back to psp and click on the Paste As New Canvas icon. Set your foreground colour to the new glitter tile and flood fill the letters. Add the same inner bevel as before. Close the glitter tile and select No when it asks if you want to save.

Go to the layer palette, turn off the visibility of the first copied layer and turn on the visibility of the top copy layer and click on it to select it.

Go back to Animation Shop, click on the 3rd frame of the glitter and copy. Go back to PSP and paste the glitter tile.

Flood fill the letters, add the same inner bevel and go to Selections > Select None. This is what you should have now.

Click on Raster 1

Flood fill it with white and duplicate it twice so you have 3 white layers. Arrange the layers as in the screenshot and turn off the visibility of the top 4 layers. Click on raster 1 to select it.

Right click, Merge > Merge Visible. Turn off the visibility of the newly merged layer and turn on the next 2 layers. Click on Copy of raster 1 to select it.

Right click and Merge > Merge Visible. Turn off the visibility of the newly merged layer and turn on the visibility of the top 2 layers. Click on copy of raster 1 to select it.

Turn on the visibility of all layers.

Add a new layer by going to Layers > New Raster Layer

Click on your tube tool. Find the garland tube and set the scale to around 28.

Keep adding garlands to the top of the trees. If you don't position a garland properly, click the undo icon and add it again.

Go to the layer palette, duplicate the garland layer twice so you have 3 layers. Arrange as in the screenshot and turn off the top 4 layers.

Right click, Merge > Merge Visible. Turn off the visibility of the newly merged layer and turn on the next 2 layers. Click on the merged layer to select it.

Right click, Merge > Merge Visible. Turn off the visibility of the newly merged layer and turn on the top 2 layers. Click on the merged layer to select it. Right click and merge visible.

Turn on the visibility of all layers.

Click on the crop tool. Move the lines so they surround your sig.

Click on the tick to perform the crop.

Save as a psp file.

Open the sig in Animation Shop and save as a .gif
