Open the tube. Press Shift and d on your keyboard to duplicate the image then close the original.

Click on Layer 1 to make it active.

Go to image > Resize and use the settings in the screenshot.

Click on Raster 1 to make it the active layer.

Go to Image > Resize and use the settings in the screenshot.

This is what you should now have

Set your background colour to #d14b4e and your foreground colour to Null (null means no colour).

Click on the text tool and use the settings in the screenshot. Click on the canvas and type your text in the text entry box. Click OK. Use the nodes (little squares on the vector box) to drag out your text and make it big enough to fit the lady tube on.

Go to the layer palette and right click on the floating layer. Click on promote to raster layer then go to Selections > Select None.

With the text layer active, go to Effects > 3D Effects > Inner Bevel and use the settings in the screenshot.

Go to Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow and use the settings in the screenshot.

Click on the crop tool. Move the crop lines to create a box which surrounds the image.

Click on the tick to perform the crop

Go to Layers > New Raster Layer

Move the layer to the bottom and flood fill it with the same red that we used for the text.

Right click on any layer and go to Merge > Merge Visible

Go to Image > Add border and use the settings in the screenshot.

Use the magic wand to select the border then flood fill it with the red we used for the text. Go to Effects > 3D Effects > Inner Bevel and use the settings in the screenshot

This is what you should now have.

Go to Selections > Select None. Go to Image > Add Border and use the settings in the screenshot.

Use the magic wand to select the border. Go to Effects > Plug ins > Simple > Diamonds. Go to Selections > Select None.

Go to Image > Add Borders and use the settings in the screenshot.

Flood fill with the red and add the same Inner Bevel as before. Go to Selections > Select None

Go to image > Resize and resize by 75% making sure Resize all layer IS selected.

Go to the layer palette. Right click on the layer and duplicate. Repeat so you have 3 layers. Turn off the visibility of the 2 copies and click on the bottom layer to make it the active layer.

Click on the tube tool and select the sparkle tube. Set the scale to 65.

Add a few sparkles to the text

Turn on the visibility of the first copy layer and click on it to make it the active layer.

On the tube settings, change the scale to 50

Add some more sparkles to the text but make sure they're in different places to where you put them on the first layer.

On the tube tool settings, change the scale to 40

Go to the layer palette and turn on the visibility of the top copy layer. Click on it to make it the active layer. Add some more sparkles to the text but make sure they're in different places to where you put them on the first and second layers.

Save as a psp file in a folder of your choice.

Open the file in Animation Shop and go to Edit > Select all or press ctrl and a on your keyboard.

Go to Animation > Frame Properties

Set the display time to 30

Save as a .gif

and you're done :o)
