Open a new image

Set your foreground colour to #ffe9b8. Flood fill your canvas.

Go to Layers > New Raster Layer. Name it text.

Set your foreground colour to #4e0926 and your background to #ffe9b8

Click on your text tool and use the settings in the screenshot. Click on your canvas, type your text in the text entry box and click ok.

Use your magic wand to select the inner colour of each letter (make sure your magic wand is set to Add Shift). Now go to Selections > Modify > Expand and expand the selection by 1 pixel.

Go to your layer palette. Right click on the flood filled layer and duplicate 2 times so you have 3 layers. Rename the layers, background1, background2 etc. Right click on the text layer and duplicate 2 times so you have 3 text layers. Rename the layers, text1, text2, text3.

Go to Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise and use the settings in the screenshot.

Click on text2 layer and add noise.

Click on text3 layer and add noise.

This is what you should have.

With text1 layer selected, go to Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow and use the settings in the screenshot. Click on text2 layer and add the same drop shadow. Click on text3 layer and add the same drop shadow.

Click on the flower tube. Go to Edit > Copy. Click on your text canvas and on the layer palette, make sure the top layer is selected. Now go to Edit > Paste > As New Layer. Go to Image > Resize and use the settings in the screenshot. Use the mover tool to position the flowers in front of your text.

Duplicate the flower layer 2 times so you have 3 flower layers. Rename the layers, flower1, flower2, flower3.

This is what you should have.

Arrange the layers in the following order...background1, text1, flower1, background2, text2, flower2, background3, text3, flower3. Turn off the visibility of all layers except background1, text1 and flower1. Click on background1 to select it.

Click on your selections tool and use the settings in the screenshot.

Draw a rectangle around your sig.

Go to Image > Crop To Selection.

Go to Selections > Select All

Go to Selections > Modify > Contract

Contract the selection by 10 pixels.

Go to Selections > Invert

This is what you should have.

Flood fill the selection with #4e0926.

Click on background2 and flood fill the selection. Click on background3 and flood fill the selection. Go to Selections > Invert then Selections > Float.

Go to Effects > 3D Effects > Cut out and use the settings in the screenshot.

Add another cut out changing the vertical and horizontal to 4

This is how your layer palette should look.

Right click on the Floating Selection layer and click on Promote Selection To Layer. Duplicate this layer twice so you have 3 layers. Rename the layers, cutout1, cutout2 and cutout3.

Move a cut out layer above each background layer.

Making sure the visibility of all layers is off, except for the ones shown, right click and go to Merge > Merge Visible. Turn off the visibility of the newly merged layer and turn on the visibility of background2, cutout2, text2 and flower2. Right click on background 2 and go to Merge > Merge Visible.

Turn off the visibility of the newly merged layer and turn on the visibility of background3, cutout3, text3 and flower3. Right click on background 3 and go to Merge > Merge Visible.

Unhide all layers

Save as a psp file.

Open the file in animation shop, save and you're done :o)
