Open a new image.

Open the lips tube and go to Edit > Copy. Click on the new image and go to Edit > Paste As New Layer. Click on the text tool and use the settings in the screenshot.

Set your foreground colour to #84090f

Set your background colour to #b92438

Click on the canvas and type the text in the text entry box. Click ok. On the layer palette, right click on the Floating Selection layer and click on Promote Selection To Layer.

Add a drop shadow to the text by going to Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow.

This is how your layer should look. Turn off the visibility of Raster 1 and right click on Raster 2. Go to Merge > Merge Visible.

Click on aster 1 to select it. Flood fill it with white.

This is how your canvas should look.

Click on the merged layer to select it then click on the crop tool. Click on Snap Crop Rectangle To: Layer Opaque.

A crop box will appear around your image.

Click on the tick to perform the crop.

This is what you should now have. Save as a psp file.

Open the file and the drip animation in Animation Shop. Click on the lips image to make it active then go to Edit > Duplicate Selected. Keep duplicating until you have the same number of frames on the lip image that you do on the drip animation.

Now click on the drip animation to make it active and on your keyboard press ctrl and a to select all the frames, then ctrl and c to copy them. Click on the lips image to select it and press ctrl and a to select all the frames then ctrl and e to paste the drips onto the lips. move your mouse to position the drip so it's just touching the end of the fang then click once.

Save....

and you're done!
