Open a new canvas and the colour chart from the supplies folder.

Open the tube and click on the girl layer.

Click on the 'Copy' icon

Click on the new canvas and click on the 'Paste As New Layer' icon

Go to Image > Resize

Use the settings in the screenshot. Make sure 'All Layers' is unchecked.

This is what you should have.

Go to Layers > New Raster Layer

Use the selection tool, set on rectangle, to make a rectangle selection, big enough to fit your name.

Flood fill the rectangle with the dark blue from the colour chart.

Move the rectangle layer, below the girl layer.

This is what you should have.

Go to Layers > New Raster Layer.

Set your background colour to the light blue from the colour palette and set the foreground colour to null.

Click on the text tool and use the settings in the screenshot.

Go to Effects > Eyecandy > Glass and use the settings in the screenshot. Click the tick.

Go to Effects > Eyecandy > Glow and use the settings in the screenshot. Click on the tick.

This is what you should have.

Click on the rectangle layer.

Go to Effects > Eyecandy > Glass and use the settings in the screenshot. Click the tick.

Go to Layers > Merge > Merge All (Flatten). Click on the Crop tool and click on the 'Snap Crop Rectangle To' Layer Opaque.

Click on the tick to perform the crop.

Add the copyright information. Save...

and you're done.
