Open a new image

Set your background colour to the rainbow pastel gradient.

Set your foreground colour to #8a31b1

Click on your text tool and use the following settings (you may have to change the size of your text depending on your the length of your name). Click on your new canvas, type your text in the text entry box then click ok. GO to Selections > Select None.

Go to Edit > Copy. Now open Animation Shop and go to Edit > Paste > As New Animation. Your text will be automatically cropped.

Go to Effects > Insert Image Effects and use the settings in the screenshot.

Open the butterfly image and keep clicking on the Duplicate Frames icon until you get to 17 frames. Now click on the last frame to select it and again, click on the duplicate frames icon. Keep clicking on the frame then clicking on the duplicate frames icon until you have 22 frames. Click on the text canvas and go to Edit > Select All then Edit > Copy. Now click on your butterfly canvas and go to Edit > Select All then Edit > Paste > Into Selected Frame. Move the text to where you want it then click once to position it.
