Bubble Flower

Open the bubble flower image. Press Shift and d on your keyboard to make a copy and close the original.

Go to Image > Resize and use the settings in the screenshot.

Go to Adjust > Sharpness > Sharpen

Set your foreground colour #f88045

Go to Image > Add Borders and use the settings on the screenshot. Use the magic wand to select the border then flood fill with the foreground colour.

Go to Effects > 3D Effects > Inner Bevel and use the settings in the screenshot.

Go to Layers > New Raster Layer.

Set your background colour to #f9d353 and set your foreground to null (null means no colour)

Click on the text tool and use the settings in the screenshot.

Click on the image. Type in the text in the text entry box then click OK. Add an inner bevel using the same settings as before.

Go to Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow and use the settings in the screenshot.

This is what you should have.

Go to layer palette. Right click on a layer and go to Merge > Merge Visible.

Right click on the merged layer and go to Duplicate. Repeat this so you have 3 layers. Turn off the visibility of the top 2 layers and click on the bottom layer to select it.

Go to Effects > Artistic Effects > Balls and Bubbles.

Use the settings in the screenshot.

Click on the Surface tab and use the settings in the screenshot.

Click on the Maps tab and use the settings in the screenshot.

Click on the Illumination tab and use the settings in the screenshot. Click OK.

Turn on the visibility of the the first copied layer and click on it to select it.

Go to Effects > Artistic Effects > Balls and Bubbles. You only need to change the settings on the 'Shape' tab. Use the settings in the screenshot and then click OK.

Turn on the visibility of the top copied layer and click on it to select it. Again, go to Effects > Artistic Effects > Balls and Bubbles. You only need to change the settings on the 'Shape' tab. Use the settings in the screenshot and then click OK.

Save as a psp file.

Open the file in Animation Shop. Go to Edit > Select All then Animation > Frame Properties. Set the display time to 40 and click OK.

Save....
