Open a new image

Set your foreground colour to #020172

Flood fill your new image

Go to Image > Add Borders

Use your magic wand to select the border.

Set your background colour to #e2e4f3. Flood fill the border. Keep the border selected.

Go to Effects > 3D Effects > Inner bevel and use the settings in the screenshot. Go to selections > Select None.

This is what you should have.

Open the tube and click on the Copy Icon

Click on the Paste As New Layer Icon or go to Edit > Paste > Paste As New Layer.

Add a drop shadow using the settings in the screenshot.

Add another drop shadow but change the Vertical and Horizontal to -3

Click on your magic wand and use the settings in the screenshot.

Select the wings. If there are parts that the wand doesn't select, click on those parts to select them. it doesn't matter if the wings aren't totally selected, as long as the majority of them is.

Go to the layer palette and right click on the fairy layer. Click on duplicate. Repeat so you have 3 fairy layers,

Click on the first fairy layer and go to Adjust > Add/Remove Noise and use the settings in the screenshot.

Click on the next fairy layer to select it.

Add noise again, this time changing the amount of noise to 55.

Click on the top fairy layer to select it.

Add noise again but change the amount of noise to 60.

Duplicate the background layer twice and arrange the layers as in the screenshot. Turn off all layers except the bottom background and fairy layers.

Right click on the background layer and go to Merge > Merge Visible. Turn off the newly merged layer.

Turn on the next background layer and fairy layer. Right click on the background layer and go to Merge > Merge Visible. Turn off the newly merged layer.

Turn on the last background and fairy layers and merge them. Turn on all layers.

Add a new raster layer by going to Layers > New Raster Layer or clicking on the new raster layer icon on the layer palette.

Set your foreground colour to null (null means no colour, pattern or gradient)

Click on your text tool and use the settings in the screenshot.

Click on your canvas. Enter your text in the text entry box and click ok.

Go to Effects > 3D Effects > Inner Bevel and use the settings in the screenshot.

Go to Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow and use the settings in the screenshot.

Add another drop shadow but change the horizontal and vertical from -3 to 3.

This is what you should have.

Right click on the text layer and duplicate it twice so you have 3 text layers. Click on the bottom text layer to select it.

Select the letters of your text.

Go to Adjust > Add/Remove Noise and use the settings in the screenshot. Keep the letters selected.

Click on the next text layer.

Add noise to that layer using the settings in the screenshot. Keep the letters selected.

Click on the top text layer.

Add noise using the settings in the screenshot.

Arrange the layers as in the screenshot and turn off the visibility of the top 4 layers.

Right click on the bottom layer and go to Merge > Merge Visible. Turn off the newly merged layer. Turn on the next fairy and text layers.

Right click on the visible fairy layer and go to Merge > Merge Visible. Turn off the visibility of the newly merged layer. Turn on the last 2 layers

Right click on the fairy layer and go to Merge > Merge Visible. Turn on all layers.

Save as a psp image in a folder of your choice.

Open the file in animation shop. If you want to see the animation, click on the Play Animation icon. Save as a .gif and you're done :o)
