This is what you should have.

Click on the crop tool and move the nodes until the bear and text are selected.

Now zoom in so the image is really big. Move the clone tool to the side of one of the eyes. RIGHT click once. This tells the tool which part of the image you want to clone. Go to the layer palette and click back on the new, blank layer. Now using your LEFT mouse button, 'paint' over an eye. It should paint over the eye with the colours that are at the side of the eye. If you start to get other colours appearing, choose a new part of the image and RIGHT click again. Repeat for the other eye. You want to completely paint out the eyes.

Arrange the layers as in the screenshot then turn off the visibility of the top and bottom layers. Right click on one of the visible layers and go to Merge > Merge Visible.

This is how your layer palette should now look.

Save as a psp file.

Click on frame 1 to select it then right click on frame 1 and go to frame properties. Set the display time to 110. Repeat this on frame 3.

Save and you're done!
