Open a new canvas

Set your foreground colour to #936c33

Set your background colour to #ca6257

Flood fill the new canvas with #ca6257

Go to Effects > Texture > Texture Effects > Blinds and use the settings in the screenshot.

Open the lady tube. Go to Image > Resize and use the settings in the screenshot.

Click on the lady layer

Go to Edit > Copy or click on the copy icon.

Click on the new canvas and go to Edit > Paste > As New Layer or click on the Paste As New Layer icon.

Use the mover tool to move the lady to the left of the canvas.

Go to the layer palette and click on the copyright layer.

Go to Edit > Copy then click on the new canvas and go to Edit > Paste As New Layer. Use the mover tool to move the copyright information to the bottom right of the canvas.

Go to Layers > New Raster Layer

Click on the selection tool and make sure it's set to rectangle. Draw a shape.

Flood fill the shape with #936c33 (this should be the foreground colour)

Keep the shape selected and go to Effects > Texture Effects > Texture and use the settings in the screenshot.

Go to Layers > New Raster Layer

Click on the selection tool and set it to Ellipse

Draw a circle

Flood fill with the same colour then go to Effects > Texture Effects > Texture and use the settings in the screenshot.

Go to Layers > New Raster Layer

Set your foreground colour to Null (null means no colour) and set your background colour #f9c089

Click on your text tool and use the settings in the screenshot.

Go to Layers > New Raster Layer

Type a line of text. It doesn't matter what it says because it's there for decoration, not to be read! Add a new raster layer and add another line of text.

Keep adding new layers and lines of text. Arrange them as in the screenshot.

Go to Layers > New Raster Layer

Change the text size to 72

Add your name and move it under the lines of text.

Go to Layers > New Raster Layer

Flood fill with #936c33

Go to the layer. Lower the opacity of the flood filled layer to 65.

This is what you should have.

Click on the selection tool and set it to rectangle. Draw a rectangle around your name.

Click on the cut icon or press the delete key on your keyboard.

This is what you will have.

Select more areas and delete them. Go to Layers > Merge > Merge Visible

Go to Image > Add Borders and use the settings in the screenshot.

Select the border using the magic wand and flood fill it with #936c33. Go to Effects > 3D Effects > Inner Bevel and use the settings in the screenshot. Go to selections > Select None.

Add another border, changing the size to 5.

Select the border with the magic wand and flood fill it with #f9c089. Add the same Inner Bevel as before.

Add another border, changing the size to 6.

Select the border with the magic wand and flood fill it with #936c33. Add the same Inner Bevel as before.

Save as .jpg and you're done :o)
